A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding organisation, in the Ruislip area, to be part of a team, but also manage up to 6 sales administrators. As Manager of the Sales Administration team, you will be working closely with the sales team and trade customers, processing orders, arranging deliveries and being first point of contact for any queries.
Duties of the Sales Administration Manager:
- Managing a team of up to 6 Sales Administrators
- Account Managing clients, processing orders, arranging deliveries and returns.
- Updating the system, raising invoices & credit notes.
- As first point of contact for the business you'll be handling customer queries, checking prices, and handling any delivery issues.
- You'll be responsible for shipping and intrastat paperwork, completing customer declarations and VAT and working with the logistics companies to ensure the products go out from the warehouses in Europe.
- Providing good customer service and keeping the customer updated on delivery times.
- You'll be involved with recruitment, training and motivating your team as well as performance reviews plus escalated issues.
Experience required of the Sales Administration Manager:
- Good communication skills in English
- 2nd European language, ideally German, Italian or Spanish
- Must have previous sales admin or sales order processing experience, managing teams.
- Good knowledge of import and export procedures, warehousing and logistics
- PC literate especially Excel, and knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ERP tools beneficial
Package on offer for the Sales Administration Manager:
£38000 - £50000 including bonus, depending on languages and experience
